REGISTRATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - DEPOSIT | PAYMENT | CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT ($500)
To reserve your spot on an Three Little Retreats, please make a $500 deposit via the Book Now link found at the top and bottom of each retreat page on our site. You will be redirected to Paypal to make the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable – however should you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before the start of the retreat, you may apply your deposit toward another Three Little Retreats occurring within 12 months from the date of the initial retreat that you registered for.
FULL PAYMENT (WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RETREAT)
When you reserve, you may either pay in full or pay the deposit. Upon receipt of your payment we will send you a Registration Form and an invoice for the balance. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the start date of the yoga retreat. You may pay with with visa, mastercard, american express or paypal.
LATE PAYMENT FEE ($150)
We must pay our tour operators in advance; therefore we must collect your full payment no later than 90 days in advance of the start of the retreat. If you do not pay in full in 90 days or more from retreat date, we will add $150 late payment fee to your invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
IF YOU CANCEL THE YOGA RETREAT:
90 days or more prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: 100% credit of the cost of the full retreat toward another Three Little Retreats within 12 months. 31-90 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: 50% credit of the cost of the full retreat toward another Three Little Retreats within 12 months, and will forfeit the remainder. 0-30 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: no refunds or credits will be given. IF WE CANCEL THE YOGA RETREAT:
We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that Three Little Retreats must cancel a yoga retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case you cancel your participation in the yoga retreat, retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip, lost baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured. We recommend TRAVELGUARD, which offers a variety of travel insurances, including the option for a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” policy. If you cancel your retreat – for any reason – your airfare, hotel, retreat costs, etc. up until 48 hours prior to travel, will be covered. This comprehensive package is called the ” Gold Package Cancel for Any Reason” Policy”. You must contact Travelguard and purchase the policy within 15 days of buying your airline tickets or incurring any costs for any part of your travel. You can also just insure your air tickets. Travelguard can give you quotes for each scenario.
PARTNER RESORT AND TOUR MODIFICATIONS:
If at anytime before Retreat start date, Three Little Retreats determines that a partner resort /tour company is not meeting service and/or facility requirements (under construction, fire or weather damage, change of ownership, etc…) Three Little Retreats, LLC. reserves the right to substitute an alternate partner resort/tour company of equal or greater quality.
INSTRUCTOR MODIFICATIONS:
In the instance that a scheduled instructor is not able to attend the yoga retreat, or cannot fill the yoga retreat to capacity, Three Little Retreats, LLC. reserves the right to substitute an alternate certified yoga instructor, or reduced the number of yoga instructors scheduled. No refunds are provided for reduced number of instructors or substitute instructors.
TOUR/ACTIVITY MODIFICATIONS:
All group events, activities, and transfers are paid for at time of booking. Therefore, Three Little Retreats, LLC. is unable to offer refunds for any unused portion of the retreat. If weather or any other event causes an excursion or activity to be cancelled, Three Little Retreats, LLC. will make every effort to reschedule that event or find and alternative, but cannot offer refunds for any itinerary changes or cancellations.
FLIGHTS:
All airline tickets are purchased in the name of the traveler and are the property of that traveler. The traveler is responsible for any changes they make to their ticket, including rescheduling in case of missed flight. If a traveler cannot attend the retreat, they own their plane ticket and, if applicable, can arrange with the airline to transfer or reschedule their ticket.
DOCUMENTATION:
A valid passport is required to enter Belize. American and Canadian citizens do not need a visa to enter to Belize, but Canadians transferring in the U.S. en route may need an American visa. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have all proper documentation for the duration of the retreat.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND CHARGES:
Travelers are responsible for all additional charges incurred at resorts that are not specified in packages. These items can include, but are not limited to: gratuities, any additional food or beverages, additional tours or spa treatments, laundry service, communication services, etc. It is the responsibility of the traveler to understand what items are included in the retreat, and what items are additional. Any such charges must be paid before departure of the the resort.
CHANGES TO POLICIES
Three Little Retreats, LLC. reserves the right to review and adjust terms and policies. A retreat will refer to the terms posted at time of departure.
